AgrAbility Unlimited Illinois is proud to announce Cleonne Wright as the September Ambassador of the Month.

AgrAbility Ambassadors are volunteers throughout the state of Illinois who work to help share the mission of the organization with the community and the support it can provide for local farmers.

AgrAbility’s Mission Statement is: A program of the University of Illinois Extension, in collaboration with Illinois Assistive Technology Program and the Community Health Partnership, AgrAbility Unlimited of Illinois promotes independence in agriculture to farmers with disabilities and their families.”

Cleonne has continually gone above and beyond to help AgrAbility grow in her community. Therefore, our staff is happy to honor her commitment to the organization as featuring her as Ambassador of the Month.

Meet Cleonne

Cleonne first learned about AgrAbility in 2001, and felt that she could be of service in an agricultural, health, and education capacity to her home County of LaSalle, and neighboring counties Livingston and Grundy.

Recently, Cleonne mentioned that one of her favorite things about being a part of the AgrAbility team is, “Through scheduled conference calls and various in-service education seminars, I have had the opportunity to meet people (men, women, families) who have benefited by AgrAbility, and still others who devotedly and generously work to administer the program.”

We are happy and proud to have Cleonne as a part of our team!
